There are two required steps:

1) Payment process

Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author has registered and paid... Please go to the Registration page to make a payment. 

2) Uploading final version of the manuscript

2.2. Generate the electronic version...

2.3. Submit IEEE eCopyright through EDAS.

For your convenience, the copyright is made available electronically through EDAS (please see the copyright column on the paper entry in your account).  Authors who are not authorized to sign a copyright transfer form, should download the paper version of a copyright transfer form, fill it in, and ask an authorized person to sign it. Then, send the completed form to the IEEE SmartAgri&SuSY 2026 Administrator 

2.4. Complete your registration and upload the accepted version of the manuscript by xxx, 2026

With your Xplore-compatible PDF, log in at EDAS web site. In order to upload your final paper, click the final upload icon and proceed with the instructions.
